Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a CX Community Engagement Specialist to drive brand engagement across social platforms, monitor conversations, and ensure a consistent voice. You will collaborate with Growth, Loyalty and Customer Experience teams to deliver proactive engagement and measurable results.

You will analyze engagement data, identify trends, and develop strategies to grow followers and deepen customer relationships in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Strong CX or marketplace support background.
• Excellent written communication and brand voice alignment.
• Experience with Reddit, Sprout Social, and Facebook Insights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse emerging trends and audience conversations across multiple platforms.
• Synthesize social listening signals into actionable insights and flag PR risks to leadership.
• Benchmark brand positioning versus competitors to shape engagement strategy.
• Maintain real-time awareness of platform algorithm changes and audience behavior shifts.
• Govern adherence to SOPs and brand guidelines across all channels.
• Analyze and share interaction data to inform best-in-class response strategies.
