You'll own the full funnel from engagement to earnings per click, collaborating with Growth to translate community energy into measurable business wins while advocating privacy-first, AI-assisted growth tactics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in affiliate, DTC, or content-led growth marketing.
• Community management in Facebook Groups, forums, or Discord.
• Copywriting that converts: headlines, hooks, and concise CTAs.
• Comfortable with light design in Canva (or similar).

Responsibilities

• Source & rotate affiliate offers that resonate with prepper, finance, wellness, and lifestyle audiences—optimizing for EPC and lifetime value.
• Embed monetized CTAs in blog posts and newsletters, tagging every link with UTM parameters for crystal-clear attribution.
• Analyze performance daily and turn insights into rapid-fire A/B tests.
• Revive & moderate legacy Facebook groups (FPA, AGA) and spark discussion threads, AMAs, and surveys.
• Repurpose evergreen content into Pinterest pins, shorts, and micro-community posts via Buffer/Metricool for always-on reach.
• Report wins & gaps to the CEO weekly, packaging insights in Notion dashboards and Google Sheets.
• Champion privacy-first, AI-assisted growth tactics - from predictive segmentation to smart creative variations.
