Job summary

Userflow, a dynamic SaaS company, is hiring a Content, GEO & Community Lead. You will shape how our tools are seen in AI search and communities, own content and distribution strategies, and drive a measurable growth engine across AI channels, webinars, and video.

You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft impact-driven content in a remote-first, async environment. You’ll lead editorial, leverage AI workflows, and build authentic community presence on LinkedIn, forums, and

Qualifications

• Strong writer and editor with a real point of view.
• Hands-on experience with GEO or AEO: understands how AI search works and has actively optimized for it.
• Genuinely comfortable with AI tools and has built or run an AI-assisted content workflow with concrete examples.
• Daring, experimental mindset: willing to test bold distribution bets and iterate quickly.
• Distribution-minded: considers where content lands, not just what it says.
• Experience in B2B SaaS; familiarity with PLG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own GEO/SEO and AI discovery visibility for Userflow across channels.
• Develop and execute content strategy feeding the engine: structured Q&A, use cases, thought leadership.
• Manage SEO agency and AI GEO platform; track AI and traditional search metrics.
• Own editorial calendar and blog; write and edit across website, blog, social, email.
• Build AI-powered content workflows to accelerate output and distribution across channels.
• Expand webinar program into a predictable channel; drive scalable video content strategy.
