1-800 Contacts is seeking a Paid Social Manager to lead planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit. You will collaborate with creative, analytics, and content teams to drive performance, provide real-time data insights, and build testing roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital media and paid social with strategy, planning, buying, budgeting, and reporting
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to optimize performance using engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI
• Proven track record of making creative recommendations and guiding channel-specific methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage traffic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit with standardized processes
• Collaborate with Social team to monitor and optimize campaigns; provide real-time performance insights
• Provide actionable recommendations for strategy adjustments based on data and trends
• Apply analytical approach to campaign planning; test hypotheses, optimize spend, drive efficiency
• Regularly report on campaign performance and key metrics
• Work with creative team to develop briefs and align messaging across channels
• Support testing roadmaps with ongoing analysis and insights
• Coordinate with analytics, content, and creative teams for cohesive delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to maintain competitive edge
