Job summary

BrandCycle/StackCommerce is looking for a Manager, Creator Community & Content to drive growth and engagement of its creator network. You’ll own the channels creators use—Facebook Group, Instagram, email, and webinars—and craft content that keeps creators active and earning with BrandCycle.

The role blends community management with content strategy and a revenue mandate, measuring success by creators activated, retained, and dollars earned. 100% remote in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in social media, community management, or influencer marketing.
• Experience managing social media groups or online communities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with creators.
• Hands-on experience with content publishers, creators, or influencers and email marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own metrics: creators activated, retained, and earnings growth.
• Manage community channels: respond, moderate, and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Educate and inspire the community with always-on content that helps creators maximize earnings.
• Turn brand moments into creator earnings by packaging campaigns into actionable content.
• Be the voice of the creator, bridging between creators and internal teams.
• Test and learn to continuously improve engagement and value for creators.
