Job summary

InterVarsity Press seeks a Communications and Operations Director to provide project management and operational support for the Communications Leadership Team. The role oversees annual plans, budgets, and software platforms, with grant-funded LTE for six months and potential extension.

It requires strong organization, collaboration, and strategic communication across ministry teams. The position is remote in the USA, full-time, with responsibilities ranging from calendaring and travel to content

• Provide project management and operational support to the Communications Leadership Team, including budgets and plans.
• Coordinate events, projects, and cross-team collaboration to advance department goals.
• Manage calendars, travel logistics, and website/learning platform edits.
• Ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget project delivery with proper documentation.
