InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking a Field Operations Director for the Central Region (Undergraduate Ministries). This remote, part-time role supports the field supervisor with office administration, event planning, and records management.

You will coordinate calendars, prepare reports, and ensure timely communication with staff and partners. The position requires strong written and verbal skills, confidentiality, and ability to travel for meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Two or more years administrative, project, and event management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the field supervisor.
• Plan and coordinate meetings and events; manage calendars and logistics.
• Oversee vendor negotiations, budgets, and reporting related to office operations.
