Responsibilities

• Provide project management and operational support to the Communications Leadership Team.
• Manage annual plans, budgets, and department software platforms.
• Coordinate calendars, travel, and cross-department workflows.
• Edit website content and oversee LMS and media tools (Canva Enterprise, Thinkific, Workday Learning, Critical Mention, Vimeo).
• Draft and distribute regular internal/external communications; support donor relations and prayer partnerships.
