InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in the United States is seeking a Communications and Operations Director to provide project management and operational support to the Communications Leadership Team. This grant-funded, six-month LTE position covers annual planning, budgets, software platforms, and coordinating communications initiatives, with potential for longer term engagement.

Qualificações

• Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Faith.
• Communication and Relational Skills.
• Strong evidence of high Emotional Intelligence competency.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate power and relational dynamics in a multi-layered organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide calendar management for the Communications Leadership Team.
• Coordinate travel for our department.
• Website edits and platform management (Canva Enterprise, Thinkific, Workday Learning, Critical Mention, Vimeo).
• Ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget project delivery with documentation.
• Act as air traffic control for processes to coordinate cross-department workflows.
