InterVarsity Christian Fellowship is seeking a Field Operations Director for the Central Region (Undergraduate Ministries). This remote USA-based, part-time role supports the field supervisor with office administration, event planning, records management, and internal/external communications.

The position emphasizes biblical integrity, collaborative teamwork, and a strong capacity for independent work. Travel may be required for major ministry events and partner meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• Two or more years administrative, project, and event management experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools required.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills essential.
• Willingness to travel for business as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the field supervisor.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics.
• Maintain files, calendars, and reports; manage invoices and expenses.
• Coordinate internal/external communications and social content as needed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
