Job summary

InterVarsity is seeking a project management and operations support professional for the Communications Leadership Team. This full-time, grant-funded LTE role will manage annual plans, budgets, and software platforms for the department, with remote-work in the USA.

The position involves calendar management, event coordination, and cross-team collaboration to drive ministry objectives and ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the effectiveness of the ministry/department and organization through analysis of operating methods and proposing improvements.
• Monitor, coordinate, and manage events, projects, task forces, and committees to meet department goals.
• Coordinate travel and calendar management for the Communications Leadership Team.
• Website edits and platform management (Canva, Thinkific, Workday Learning, Critical Mention, Vimeo).
• Provide on-time, on-scope, on-budget project delivery with complete documentation.
