Qualifications

• 5+ years in graphic design or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design rooted in content strategy and UX.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Google Slides.
• Branding across multiple mediums: digital, print, slideware, social, motion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; proactive in feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accessible, user-centered design across web graphics, slides, assets, and more.
• Own end-to-end design from intake to handoff and QA.
• Apply content hierarchy and visual clarity to editorial, video, and product content.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
• Translate stakeholder needs and user research into compelling visual artifacts.
• Ensure consistent Salesforce branding across touchpoints; evolve style and templates.
• Proactively manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
• Provide design feedback, mentor other designers, and help shape team standards.
