• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Experience mentoring designers.
• Degree or equivalent experience; evaluated by past performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accessible, user-centered design across web graphics, slides, and assets.
• Own end-to-end design from intake to QA.
• Apply content hierarchy and visual clarity to editorial, video, and product content.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and stakeholders to realize concepts.
• Translate stakeholder goals and user research into compelling visuals.
• Ensure Salesforce brand consistency while evolving styles and templates.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
• Provide design reviews, mentor designers, and shape team standards.
• Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and AI-assisted tools.
