Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Communications Designer to craft accessible, brand-aligned visuals across web graphics, slides, and campaign assets. You will own end-to-end design from concept to QA, translating content goals into clear, compelling visuals for a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

You will collaborate with editors, strategists, video producers, and UX teammates, applying strong content hierarchy and design craft while evolving Salesforce’s style and templates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design or visual communication experience.
• Strong portfolio showing design rooted in content strategy and UX.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Google Slides.
• Branding expertise across digital, print, slideware, social, and motion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; proactive in sharing work and feedback.
• Experience on a collaborative creative team across editorial, video, UX, and beyond.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work autonomously in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Experience leading design projects with contractors, providing clear direction and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic, accessible, and user-centered design across formats including web graphics, slides, campaign assets, and visuals.
• Own end-to-end design work from intake to QA and handoff.
• Apply strong content hierarchy and visual clarity to support storytelling across editorial, video, and product content.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and stakeholders to realize creative concepts.
• Translate stakeholder needs and user research into compelling visual artifacts.
• Ensure consistent Salesforce branding across touchpoints and help evolve style guides.
