Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Communications Designer to join the Proposal Services team within Salesforce Professional Services Organization. You will translate complex ideas into accessible, brand-aligned visuals across web graphics, slides, and campaigns, owning end-to-end design from concept to QA.

You bring 5+ years in graphic design, a strong portfolio, mastery of Adobe CC, Figma, and Google Slides, and a proven ability to lead design projects with remote collaborators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in graphic design, visual communication, or related creative field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design rooted in content strategy and user experience.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Google Slides.
• Branding expertise across digital, print, slideware, social, motion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proactive in sharing work and open to feedback.
• Experience collaborating with editorial, video, UX, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work autonomously in remote, asynchronous environment.
• Proven experience leading design projects with contractors and aligning stakeholders.
• Mentoring or guiding other designers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic, accessible, user-centered design across web graphics, slides, campaign assets, and enablement visuals.
• Own end-to-end design work from intake and concepting to final handoff and QA.
• Apply strong content hierarchy and visual clarity to support storytelling across editorial, video, and product content.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
• Translate stakeholder needs and user research into compelling visual artifacts.
• Ensure consistent Salesforce brand application across touchpoints and evolve style/templates.
• Prioritize multiple design projects and deadlines in a remote, fast-moving environment.
• Provide feedback in design reviews, and mentor other designers to raise standards.
• Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and AI-assisted tools.
