Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Communications Designer to translate complex ideas into accessible, brand-aligned visuals across web graphics, slides, campaign assets, and product content. You will own end-to-end design from concept to handoff in a fast-paced, remote-first team.

Bring 5+ years of graphic design and a strong portfolio, expert Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Google Slides. You’ll mentor others, collaborate with editors and video producers, and help evolve our design system.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and cross-media design.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Google Slides.
Understanding of branding and design systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Deliver dynamic, accessible visuals across web graphics, slides, assets.
Own end-to-end design from concept to handoff and QA.
Apply clear content hierarchy to storytelling across editorial, video, and product content.
Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and stakeholders.
Mentor designers and contribute to team standards.
