Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
• A strong portfolio rooted in content strategy and UX.
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Google Slides.
• Branding across digital, print, slideware, social, and motion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; proactive in feedback.
• Experience leading design projects with contractors and mentoring designers.
• Degree or equivalent experience; demonstrated strengths in prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic, accessible, user-centered design across web graphics, slides, campaign assets, and more.
• Own end-to-end design work from intake to handoff and QA.
• Apply content hierarchy and visual clarity to storytelling across editorial, video, and product content.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and stakeholders to realize concepts.
• Translate stakeholder needs and user research into compelling visuals.
• Ensure Salesforce brand consistency and contribute to evolving style/template standards.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote-first environment.
• Provide constructive feedback, mentor designers, and shape team standards.
• Stay current with design trends, accessibility, and AI-driven design tools.
