Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Communications Designer to join the Creator Services arm within the Professional Services Organization. You will translate complex ideas into brand-aligned visuals, collaborate with editors, video producers, and strategists, and own end-to-end design across web graphics, slides, and campaign assets.

You’ll bring 5+ years of design experience, a strong portfolio in content-driven design, and proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma, and Google Slides.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or related creative field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating dynamic, effective design rooted in content strategy and user experience.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Google Slides.
• Strong understanding of branding, with experience designing across multiple mediums (digital, print, slideware, social, motion).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, proactive in sharing work and open to feedback.
• Experience working on a collaborative creative team and partnering cross-functionally with editorial, video, UX, and beyond.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and operate with autonomy in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Proven experience leading design projects with contractors, providing clear direction and feedback.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other designers.
• Degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic, accessible, and user-centered design across formats: web graphics, slides, campaign assets, enablement visuals, and more.
• Own end-to-end design work from intake to final handoff and QA.
• Apply strong content hierarchy and visual clarity to storytelling across editorial, video, and product content.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
• Translate stakeholder needs and user research into compelling visual artifacts.
• Ensure consistent Salesforce branding across touchpoints and evolve templates.
• Prioritize multiple design projects in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
• Provide feedback in design reviews, mentor designers, and shape team standards.
• Stay current with design trends, accessibility, and AI-driven tools where appropriate.
