Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or related field.
• Strong portfolio rooted in content strategy and user experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Google Slides.
• Branding across digital, print, slideware, social, and motion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; proactive in seeking feedback.
• Experience working on a collaborative creative team and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in remote, asynchronous environment.
• Experience mentoring designers and leading projects with contractors.
• Degree or equivalent experience; evaluated by demonstrated strengths.

• Deliver dynamic, accessible, and user-centered design across formats: web graphics, slides, campaign assets, enablement visuals, and more.
• Own end-to-end design work, from intake and concepting to final handoff and QA.
• Apply strong content hierarchy and visual clarity to storytelling across editorial, video, and product content.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and stakeholders to realize concepts.
• Translate stakeholder needs, content goals, and user research into compelling visuals.
• Ensure Salesforce brand consistency across touchpoints while evolving styles and templates.
• Proactively manage multiple design projects and deadlines in a fast-moving remote-first environment.
• Provide constructive feedback in reviews, mentor other designers, and shape standards.
• Stay current with design trends, accessibility, and AI-enabled design tools where appropriate.
