Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Communications Designer to join our Proposal Services within the Salesforce Professional Services Organization.

You will deliver user-centered visuals across web graphics, slides, and editorial assets, owning end-to-end design from intake to handoff. Collaborate with editors, strategists, and video teams to translate content into compelling visuals, while maintaining brand consistency in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in graphic design or related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design rooted in content strategy and user experience.
Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Google Slides.

Responsibilities

Deliver accessible, user-centered design across formats: web graphics, slides, assets.
Own end-to-end design from intake to QA and handoff.
Apply content hierarchy and visual clarity to storytelling across editorial, video, and product content.
Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and stakeholders to realise concepts.
Translate stakeholder needs into compelling visuals.
Maintain Salesforce brand consistency while evolving style and templates.
Proactively manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Provide thoughtful feedback, mentor designers, and shape team standards.
Stay current with design trends, accessibility, and AI-driven tools.
