Job summary

The Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) MCH Division seeks a Communication Specialist for the MOMS Helpline. You will provide information, referrals, and resources to link mothers, pregnant women, and families to services across Indiana.

Responsibilities include handling high-volume calls, assessing client needs, following up, and maintaining accurate records while upholding AIRS standards and cross-system collaboration.

Qualifications
