• Minimum 2 years of administrative support, committee coordination, project management, or similar operations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex workflows and sensitive data.
• Proficiency with tracking tools, databases, and collaboration platforms for record-keeping and data management.

• Assist in documenting and maintaining committee procedures, structures, and operational manuals.
• Provide full administrative and technical support for virtual committee meetings, including agendas and materials; draft minutes and summaries.
• Monitor milestones and timelines; respond to information requests from HRSA, OPTN leadership, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in delivering trackers, dashboards, and reports on schedule.
