General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT) is seeking a Committee Operations Lead to oversee OPTN committees, manage governance documentation, and streamline meeting logistics for HRSA initiatives.

This remote role supports collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to advance policy development and ensure regulatory compliance. The candidate will bring 5+ years in committee coordination or policy development, with proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, NVivo, Excel)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree (MPH, MPP, MHA) preferred.
• At least 5+ years of experience in committee coordination, project management, or policy development.
• Experience in healthcare, compliance, regulatory, and/or nonprofit environments.
• Experience leading virtual committee meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Tableau, NVivo, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate OPTN committees, subcommittees, and workgroups.
• Support governance documentation and policy development.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HRSA and federal regulations.
• Develop evidence-based transplantation and allocation policies.
