Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Committee Engagement Specialist to manage Safety and Compliance Committee operations, maintain rosters, records, and COI data, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to the Director of Membership, you will oversee onboarding, training tracking, and SOP adherence while aligning with OPTN governance and HRSA oversight requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, healthcare management, public policy, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in policy compliance, operations, or committee management.
• Experience managing records, workflows, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, current committee membership records including roles, appointments, affiliations, and training status.
• Handle appointment and onboarding for new members with timely role assignment.
• Track orientation and training to meet governance requirements.
• Create and maintain COI tracking logs and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with HRSA, OPTN contractors, and internal teams for continuity of operations.
