Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Committee Coordinator to provide administrative and logistical support for Safety and Compliance committees.

You will maintain rosters, manage documentation, and coordinate activities with internal teams, HRSA, contractors, and stakeholders. Reporting to the Committee Operations Leads, you will ensure timely committee administration and secure communications.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing complex workflows and sensitive data.
• Proficiency with tracking tools, databases, and collaboration platforms for record-keeping and data management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for detailed documentation and meeting materials.

Responsibilities

• Committee Administration: document and maintain committee procedures, structures, and manuals.
• Meeting Coordination and Facilitation: support virtual meetings, schedule, distribute agendas and materials, draft minutes and slides.
• Process Management and Communication: track milestones, respond to information requests, update stakeholders securely.
• Records and Reports Management: maintain records for committee activities and deliverables with dashboards and SOP updates.
