Job summary

EverHealth, a EverCommerce solution, seeks a detail-oriented Commissions & Sales Ops Specialist to manage the monthly commissions cycle and discount governance across Sales and CX. You’ll partner with Sales, CX, HR, Finance, and Accounting to ensure accurate incentive mappings and timely payouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or Finance roles with commissions exposure.
• Experience running a monthly commissions cycle using Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly commissions cycle including data pull, validation, calculation, and payout delivery.
• Administer the discount approval workflow and perform monthly discount reconciliations.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track sales performance versus compensation outcomes.
