EverCommerce is hiring a Commissions & Sales Ops Specialist to manage incentive compensation programs, coordinate with Sales, CX, HR, Finance and Accounting, and ensure accurate payouts and audit-ready processes. The role emphasizes attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to drive scalable, compliant operation across multiple territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 2+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or Finance/Accounting with commissions exposure.
• Proficient in running a monthly commissions cycle using Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or similar.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills including XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly commissions cycle including data pull, validation, calculation and payout file delivery.
• Develop and monitor incentive compensation strategies aligned to revenue goals; provide analytics for plan adjustments.
• Serve as first point of contact for commission disputes; investigate, provide recommendations and support CFO approvals.
