Job summary

EverCommerce, a leading service commerce platform, seeks a Senior Manager, Sales Operations for remote work in the US. You will oversee sales operations across multiple products, manage a team of analysts, and drive forecasting, cadence rhythms, and CRM governance to enable scalable growth.

You’ll partner with Sales and Finance to improve predictability, optimize lead-to-revenue processes, and support partner-driven programs. This role reports to the Director of Sales Operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced Salesforce expertise including dashboards, reporting, process design, workflows, and data governance.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills for large datasets.
• Experience leveraging AI/automation to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Sales Operations across products and motions, establishing clear priorities, ownership, and accountability.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Sales Operations and Insights analysts.
• Lead recurring Sales operating cadences, including weekly reviews, MBRS, and QBRs with actionable follow-up.
• Own sales forecasting execution, consolidation, variance analysis, and leadership reporting; collaborate with Finance to validate assumptions and improve predictability.
• Oversee CRM governance, data quality, opportunity management, and reporting integrity; reinforce adoption across seller teams.
• Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to improve partner pipeline visibility and scalable growth.
