Job summary

EverCommerce is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to lead day‑to‑day Sales Operations for EverPro, supporting ~80 sales professionals and 12+ products. You’ll drive forecasting, pipeline governance, dashboards, and CRM governance in partnership with EverOps Systems.

You will manage a team of Sales Operations and Insights analysts, deliver performance insights, and align with Partnerships to scale partner‑driven growth. Remote work option within the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• Advanced Salesforce expertise: dashboards, reporting, governance.
• Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline inspections, and recurring cadences.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Understanding SaaS funnels, bookings, and metrics.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day Sales Operations across products and sales motions, establishing priorities and accountability.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Sales Operations and Insights analysts.
• Lead recurring cadences: weekly reviews, MBRs, and QBRs with follow‑up and accountability.
• Own forecasting execution, consolidation, variance analysis, and leadership reporting.
• Drive pipeline governance, opportunity hygiene, stage progression, and adherence to processes.
• Maintain Salesforce governance, data quality, and reporting integrity.
