Qualifications

• Experience with an IMO or insurance carrier is an asset.
• Strong computer proficiency with Excel and Adobe Acrobat; quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, process, and input commission statements from multiple carriers.
• Analyze commission transactions and reconcile statements with bank deposits to identify discrepancies.
• Investigate variances and collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners for timely resolution.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines to ensure commissions are processed accurately and paid on time.
• Respond to agent inquiries promptly with professional customer service.
