Responsibilities

• Analyze commission transactions and reconcile statements with bank deposits.
• Investigate variances and collaborate to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines to ensure on-time payments.
• Respond to agent inquiries professionally with accurate information.
• Maintain detailed, confidential records with high accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve commission processes and efficiency.
• Perform additional duties within the commissions department as assigned.
