Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support to agents, associations, carriers, and internal departments.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, ticketing platforms, and other channels.
• Gather information, investigate questions, and provide clear responses.
• Coordinate with other departments when additional review is needed.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Follow up on outstanding requests to close matters.
• Build positive relationships with agents and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
• Update departmental procedures, templates, and reference materials.
• Support projects and additional duties from the manager.
