Job summary

DLB Associates is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager to provide technical support and leadership to plan, schedule and execute full life-cycle commissioning of critical facilities. You will participate in MEP design reviews, functional testing, and collaborate with design engineers, contractors, vendors, and client staff to validate and operationalize new systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline.
• Two years of installation and hands-on testing of mechanical, controls, or electrical infrastructure, plus five years in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of project management, construction procedures and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, both technical and non-technical.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-construction elements including project initiation, kickoff, RFIs, and submittals.
• Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules.
• Coordinate QA/QC and commissioning plans to ensure compliance with scope and guidelines.
• Lead and assist in preparation of final commissioning reports for client submission.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through active communication.
