Job summary

DLB Associates is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager to lead commissioning of critical facilities across remote U.S. sites.

You will plan, schedule and execute full life cycle commissioning, coordinate with owners, designers, contractors and vendors, and ensure adherence to owner requirements and specifications. You will also develop testing plans, manage project documentation, and support bid proposals while traveling up to the specified limits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related discipline is required.
• Minimum two years’ hands‑on testing, validation and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to learn client and industry specific management software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute full life cycle commissioning of critical facilities.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with owners, designers, and contractors.
• Develop commissioning plans, schedules and tests; ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepare final commissioning report and project progress reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets, profitability and change orders as needed.
