Job summary

Chinook Systems, Inc. seeks a Commissioning Project Manager to coordinate commissioning across the lifecycle of multiple buildings. You will apply technical expertise, deliver solutions, and mentor junior staff as needed.

The position is remote with travel to client sites (10–20%). US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance are required. Salary ranges from $130,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years direct commissioning experience for facilities systems (lighting, HVAC, power, UPS).
• 4+ years managing or supervising people.

Responsibilities

• Execute commissioning, energy management, and facilities management services on multiple projects.
• Prepare commissioning plans, checklists, and performance tests.
• Conduct design reviews, submittal reviews, and O&M manual reviews.
