Job summary

Chinook Systems Inc. seeks a Commissioning Project Manager to coordinate commissioning services across planning, design, construction, warranty, and operations lifecycles. You will lead diverse projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure rigorous QA while maintaining client relationships.

The role requires hybrid work with in-office Arlington, VA attendance, travel to client sites in the DC area, and up to 10% travel elsewhere. A U.S.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in commissioning of facilities systems.
• 4+ years in supervising people.
• CxA, CCP, CBCP, or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of LEED, ASHRAE, BCA, ACG, GSA.

Responsibilities

• Execute commissioning, energy management and facilities services for multiple projects.
• Review design and construction documents, codes, and scopes.
• Prepare commissioning plans, checklists, and test reports.
• Conduct site observations and witness tests.
• Guide project teams and QA on deliverables.
• Support bid and proposal documentation.
