Job summary

Telarus is seeking a Commission Success Specialist to lead proactive commission support and own complex cases. You will investigate discrepancies, coordinate resolution across suppliers and internal teams, and communicate clearly to restore advisor confidence.

The role involves handling commission inquiries, managing case submissions, and leveraging Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, and AI-enabled tools to drive accurate outcomes while maintaining service levels.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in commission reconciliation or related finance.
• Experience supporting sales professionals or customers and resolving complex concerns.
• Strong customer service and professional judgment.
• Excellent analytical, investigation, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and time management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting service levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related productivity tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and de-escalation skills.
• Ethical and reliable with consistent communication and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Technology Advisors with commission inquiries and deliver timely communication.
• Manage bulk case submissions and schedule calls to address challenges and training needs.
• Create a supportive, trustful environment and drive issues toward constructive resolution.
• Reconcile and validate commission payments using supplier statements and data sources.
• Navigate Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, and other tools to analyze information for resolution.
• Record case activity accurately in Salesforce and meet service levels.
• Own complex, urgent, or high-impact commission disputes and de-escalate concerns.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Finance, Development, and leadership to obtain records and invoices.
• Hold calls with Technology Advisors, define owners and next steps, manage expectations.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements to reduce escalations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
