Telarus is seeking a Commission Success Specialist to own complex commission cases and provide proactive support to Technology Advisors. This remote role focuses on resolving discrepancies and restoring advisor confidence.

In this position, you will reconcile payments, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, and clearly communicate outcomes. You will leverage Excel, Salesforce, and related tools to document actions and drive timely resolutions.

Qualificações

• Three+ years of commission reconciliation or related finance experience.
• Experience supporting sales professionals or customers with complex concerns.
• Proven customer service and professional judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for Technology Advisers with commission inquiries, delivering timely, proactive communication.
• Manage bulk case submissions and schedule calls to address complex challenges and training needs.
• Create an environment of support, trust, and positive communication while driving issues toward a constructive resolution.
• Reconcile and validate commission payments using supplier statements, invoices, contractual commission structures, and other available data sources.
• Navigate Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, AI-enabled tools, and other systems to obtain and analyze information needed to resolve commission issues.
• Record case activity accurately in Salesforce and complete assignments within established service levels.
• Own complex, urgent, aging, or high-impact commission disputes through resolution and coordinate with stakeholders to de-escalate concerns.
