Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks an Account Manager for Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book of business, retain accounts, and support new business initiatives.

This remote role spans Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington, with on-site as needed per policy and branch guidelines. Bring 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, an active P&C license, and CIC is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry
• Active licensing required; CIC designation preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain industry knowledge and expertise.
• Direct daily account management team activities.
• Handle service requests, policy admin, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload/status with the account team.
