Naviant, a fully remote firm, seeks a Managing Director, Commercial to build and scale our Commercial practice while personally driving high-value engagements across manufacturing, distribution, and commercial enterprises. You will lead strategy, shape offerings, and own quota attainment, engaging C-suite and plant leaders to accelerate automation, AI, and data-driven transformation.

This role blends thought leadership with hands-on execution in a small, high-impact team.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies within the Commercial sector using a consultative selling approach.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing, industrial distribution and supply chain markets.
• Experience building executive relationships with C-suite, plant, operations, and technology leaders.
• Ability to translate industry insight into compelling value propositions for executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan to grow the Commercial vertical with targeted segments and value propositions.
• Shape offerings to address digital transformation and automation.
• Align sales, marketing, and delivery around a cohesive engagement model.
