NIQ is seeking a Director, AI Commercialization Strategy to turn AI ambitions into a scalable global business. You will shape commercial strategy across segments, pricing, go-to-market planning, and sales enablement. This high-impact role collaborates across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Pricing, Legal, Finance, and implementation teams.

Remote role based in the US. You will manage the AI portfolio’s governance, build business cases with financial modeling, and prepare executive updates

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in strategy, commercial or revenue strategy, pricing, management consulting, or a related field.
• Experience developing business cases, customer segmentation, pricing strategies, or go-to-market plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous opportunities.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including financial modeling, pricing, and value quantification.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn analysis into clear and compelling recommendations.
• High ownership, resourcefulness, comfort with ambiguity, and a strong bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI commercial strategies for global, local, SMB, retail, and partner segments.
• Tailor product positioning and pricing to different customer needs.
• Partner with Pricing to develop pricing strategies and improve price realization.
• Build a commercial activation roadmap linking segment priorities, sales plays, pricing, and enablement.
• Create account-planning tools, sales plays, and client FAQs for in-market teams.
• Turn segmentation and pricing into repeatable sales plays for discovery through implementation.
• Lead go-to-market workshops and enablement sessions across functions.
• Manage AI portfolio governance, priorities, dependencies, and reporting.
• Develop business cases for major AI products with financial modeling.
• Prepare executive updates translating strategy into actions.
• Build and maintain the AI program scorecard with KPIs across teams.
