Job summary

Navitus is seeking a Director of Transformation Operations to lead enterprise-wide transformation programs in a growth-focused PBM environment. This role owns the Transformation Office operating system, governance cadence, and portfolio performance, ensuring disciplined execution and clear accountability across value streams and leaders.

The candidate will partner with EPMO, Finance, and senior leaders to drive strategy, remove barriers, and deliver enterprise-wide outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Operations, Strategy, Organizational Transformation, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in transformation PMO/portfolio management.
• Experience developing executive-ready materials and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the Transformation Office operating system, governance cadence, and execution disciplines for enterprise transformation delivery.
• Lead governance readiness and coordination for meetings and forums, including leadership reviews.
• Develop and manage governance materials, decision logs, and follow-up processes.
• Maintain the enterprise transformation accountability framework with tracked decisions and actions.
• Drive follow-through with leaders and partners to resolve impediments and ensure accountability.
• Produce executive-ready portfolio performance reporting and risk management.
