Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Manager, Commercial Training Operations to enable field teams for launch and commercialization of COMP360 and future therapies. You will manage the learning management system, annual training calendar, training assets, and deliver analytics and reporting.

The role collaborates across HR, IT, Sales Leadership, Patient Engagement, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and external partners, supporting and/or leading training on operational

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in Sales or Sales Training within pharma/biotech.
• Experience contributing to or leading launch training for complex therapies.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models including sales and market access.

Responsibilities

• Lead LMS implementation and ongoing management with role-based pathways.
• Manage onboarding for field personnel from pre-boarding to post-event.
• Define training effectiveness metrics and deliver periodic analytics reports.
• Support content creation for operational systems and tools like Veeva CRM.
