Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Strategy to lead integrated launch planning for COMP360 in TRD, coordinating cross-functional efforts across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and more to ensure a compliant, patient-focused market entry.

Location: Hybrid in Jersey City or remote in the United States. Reports to the Chief Commercial Officer, with responsibilities spanning governance, risk management, and cross-functional execution to enable successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Project Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial launch or program management roles
• Strong project and program management with governance, risk management, and executive communication

Responsibilities

• Act as a Chief of Staff for Commercial Strategy
• Own the integrated launch plan for COMP360 in TRD with milestones and dependencies
• Lead cross-functional launch governance and reporting rhythms
• Partner across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain
• Identify risks, gaps, and bottlenecks and drive mitigation plans
• Build launch readiness dashboards and trackers for leadership visibility
• Coordinate core launch enablers including field readiness, systems readiness, and training
• Support executive decision making with concise recommendations and plans
• Ensure collaboration with commercial operations and technology partners for launch systems
• Manage external vendors/partners to ensure timely delivery and accountability
• Contribute to post-launch planning and lessons-learned for ongoing execution
• Strategy related to additional indications, P3B/4 studies, and RWE
• Future planning for indications including PTSD and other opportunities
