You will verify descriptions, analyze public records, and maintain clear client communication.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Pro, and property data platforms is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of directly related commercial title insurance experience in title searching, examining, and writing commitments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Pro, internet, and property data platforms; ability to learn company systems.
• Clear and professional communication with a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Search, examine and connect data across counties and jurisdictions.
• Verify legal property descriptions, including reading, interpreting, and plotting.
• Review and analyze public records such as leases, subleases, deeds, liens, and easements to determine ownership and any title-related restrictions.
• Excel at analyzing complex information and solving problems independently.
