Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial title insurance experience in title searching, examining, and writing commitments.
• Understanding of legal and real estate terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat/Pro; able to learn company systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent organization and ability to work in a fast-paced, paperless environment.
• Clear, professional communication with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects ranging from single to multi-property commercial transactions with precision.
• Search, examine, and connect data across counties and jurisdictions; verify legal descriptions.
• Review public records (leases, deeds, liens, easements) to determine ownership and restrictions.
• Summarize findings and prepare title commitments and reports clearly.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve missing information through research.
• Collaborate with underwriters and internal partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
