Apnimed, a Cambridge, MA–based biotech, seeks a Business Analyst – Commercial to turn commercial needs into actionable requirements tied to Veeva CRM, Align and PromoMats. You’ll support go-lives in late 2026 and early 2027, and help shape AI use cases to streamline commercial processes.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech analytics, a bachelor's degree, strong documentation skills and the ability to work with business owners to decompose processes.

Formación

• Five+ years as a business analyst in pharma or biotech commercial settings.
• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements with business owners.
• SOX/GxP or 21 CFR Part 11 exposure is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit and document requirements for commercial systems (Veeva CRM, Align, PromoMats).
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and specs with traceability.
• Design and run user acceptance testing with business owners and sign-off.
• Support cutover and hypercare for commercial releases across a launch portfolio.
• Define field force requirements and coordinate with HR, IT and operations.
• Lead AI use-case definition with business owners for acceleration programs.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure Apnimed owns its requirements.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, life science or related field
