Ilant Health is seeking an analytical operator to serve as the commercial builder, turning deal dynamics into decision-ready analyses. You will craft financial models, run competitive intelligence, and own RFP/RFI strategy, building workflows and the internal “company brain.” This role reports to commercial leadership and blends finance, strategy, and AI-driven optimization in a data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years at a top-tier management consulting firm or MBA program graduate.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in client-facing numbers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and audit customized financial models and ROI analyses for clients.
• Prepare 3–5 page decision decks, memos, pitch decks, and client FAQs.
• Translate outcomes and analytics into ROI proofs and narratives for employer, payer, and broker audiences.
• Own end-to-end RFP/RFI responses and maintain content libraries.
• Create on-brand, audience-specific sales collateral and playbooks.
• Track market intelligence and translate data into actionable guidance for sales.
