Virta Health is seeking a Commercial Strategy and Operations Manager to translate priorities into actionable plans, optimize processes, and deliver data-driven insights that advance Commercial goals. This is an individual contributor role with significant functional ownership and cross-functional influence.

The position requires leading complex initiatives, partnering with Commercial leaders, and developing materials for executives and the Board to communicate performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years at a leading management consulting firm, investment bank, or internal strategy team.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills with influence across leaders.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, business intelligence tools, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own core Commercial Strategy and Operations processes, including operational reporting, OKR performance management, forecasting, and planning.
• Translate Commercial goals into defined projects, priorities, and operating plans with cross-stakeholder accountability.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from scoping to implementation, managing risks and dependencies.
• Translate data into clear insights, business implications, and actionable recommendations for Commercial leaders.
• Develop executive- and Board-level materials communicating performance, risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Identify and implement scalable improvements to processes, systems, and reporting with measurable impact.
