Dentsu’s Merkle Commercial Excellence Lead will turn complex commercial information into clear insights, recommendations, and actions across client leadership, sales, marketing, and delivery.

The role spans portfolio planning to individual client decisions, monitoring performance, and providing executive-ready reporting to enable informed choices at senior levels. Strong analytics, data fluency, and cross-functional influence are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in commercial operations, sales operations, or enablement, with cross-functional decision support.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with BI, CRM, or revenue tech platforms.

Aufgaben

• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations, diagnosing underlying drivers and providing leaders with a clear point of view on where to act.
• Support revenue and pipeline planning and management, including pipeline health, qualification, progression, forecasting inputs, prioritization, and risks.
• Monitor commercial performance and governance, tracking KPIs, goals, adoption, and adherence to practices; identify trends and gaps.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting and decision support through governance cadences with clear narratives for senior leaders.
• Enable commercial processes and workflows, partnering with process and product owners to translate changes into practical guidance for users.
• Drive adoption and accountability for commercial practices, reinforcing data quality and process adherence.
• Partner across Client, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Delivery to align stakeholders and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Maintain data discipline and ensure analyses, reporting systems, and deliverables are accurate and actionable.
